This website, aquabluefilters.com.au, is operated by AQUA BLUE FILTERS, a trading name of MEXI TRADING PTY LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products and information

We aim to describe our products, compatibility and pricing accurately. Our filters are compatible replacements and are not manufactured or endorsed by the original appliance brands; brand names and model numbers are used only to show compatibility. If you are unsure which filter suits your appliance, please contact us before ordering.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Installation and use

Products should be installed and used according to the instructions provided and your appliance manufacturer's guidelines. Filters should be replaced at the recommended intervals.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.
