Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from AQUA BLUE FILTERS. Please read our policy below.

Change of mind returns (30 days)

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts included.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons, filters that have been installed, used or had water run through them cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to start a return

Email orders@aquabluefilters.com.au or call 02 9695 7740 with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping is free, so no shipping charge is deducted.
